Apple MagSafe Charger Overview

The MagSafe Charger makes wireless charging quite effortless. The perfectly aligned magnets attach to your iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 12, and iPhone 12 Pro and provide faster wireless charging up to 15W. 

Charging Methods

Magnetic Alignment

The magnetic alignment experience is not compatible with all iPhones. This feature only applies from iPhone 12 to the latest iPhone series. More specifically the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 12, and iPhone 12 Pro models.

Qi Charging

The MagSafe Charger is also compatible with Qi charging, so it can be used to wirelessly charge your iPhone 8 or some other later models such as iPhone X, XR, XS, etc. Apart from the iPhone, AirPods models with a wireless charging case, as you would with any Qi-certified charger. 

Along with the charger you are recommended a 20W USB-C Power Adapter.
